Preparing For Your Bunny
When you are waiting for your bunny to be available for pickup; It would be the perfect time to prepare for them! All of our bunnies must to be indoors! They can easily die exposed to temperature change or extreme weather conditions. Indoor bunny establishments should be at leas 5 feet by 3 feet. Here’s our suggestion of products for hay, food, water bowls litter boxes etc.
Pellets- KALMBACH all natural rabbit feed
Hay- Select pet - alfalfa for 6 months and under- Timothy for 6 months and older
Litter- Tractor supply- Pelletized bedding
Water bottles or bowls

Wherever you put the litter box always put the food and water. Because they poop where they eat/drink. Keep space limited when they are learning to litterbox train. Keep the litter box in the same spot unless the bunny starts peeing in a different spot then move the litter box to where they are peeing. We use a spray bottle with 1/2 water and 1/2 vinegar. So there’s no chemicals involved to keep your bunny safe. *Disclaimer* Your bunny will always have stray- not in the litter box poops. Don’t get after them if they aren’t peeing/pooping perfectly. scoop them up in a sweeper like the picture below and put them in the litter box! Don’t scold your bunny!
